Why change management and why a holistic approach?
To drive changes in your company, to implement them successfully and sustainably, and to solidify the vision of change at all levels, we are your one-stop partner. Our team of experts does not rely solely on standard solutions and certificates but creates practice-tested, tailor-made solutions that precisely align with your requirements. Our Tiba Holistic Change Management Approach® leads your changes to success.

Consulting including accompanying trainings
Our Holistic Change Management encompasses not just a consulting function. We also offer you additional trainings – for you and your employees.

Our Tiba Holistic Change Management Approach® goes beyond standard solutions. Tiba 4-Axis Cross Model®
The uniqueness of Tiba Holistic Change Management® lies in the approach using the Tiba 4-Axis Cross Model® and the integrated consideration of both projects and every individual person in the system of change. This holistic perspective in the approach has been a pillar of Tiba’s foundation since its establishment in 1989. Every change impacts the four fundamental elements of the Tiba 4-Axis Cross® (see image). To achieve the harmonization of these four elements in the change process, we apply our Tiba Holistic Change Management Model®.
In light of market changes and portfolio expansions, we reviewed our processes with Tiba, developed measures, and saw direct successes. These successes fostered the acceptance of further changes and supported a fundamental cultural shift towards a more trusting, agile, and project-oriented organization.
