Patrick Wanner

Interim Manager Prosci® Change Management, Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor

Patrick Wanner studied International Business Administration at the HFU Business School in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, and at Sonoma State University, California, USA. He has held various roles at different management levels at IBM Germany and Oracle Germany in the international environment. He is trained in the Prosci® Method in Change Management and is one of the few trainers in the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are allowed to certify the Prosci® Method.

The CCB.network

The CCB.network was initiated by European Prosci® members. We work together across countries to support our clients in building their change competence with Prosci® training programs and change management consulting. The initiative started at the end of 2019 together with change colleagues from the Netherlands. In the meantime, we have grown a lot, so that a europe-wide network has been created. This combined change power enables us to build change competencies with clients operating across Europe.

An external party has the advantage of being able to address the organization's sore points without regard to the past and thereby be the door opener for change. The open discussion and joint development of the change proposals with Tiba as well as an already noticeable cultural change shows the acceptance of the work.
