PROSCIĀ® CHANGE MANAGEMENT SEMINAR
During the ProsciĀ® Change Management Certification Program you will apply the ProsciĀ® methodology and the ADKARĀ® model to one of your active projects. As a result, you will learn in a practical way the change management processes you need to consistently drive future change. PREREQUISITES
We recommend business fluency in English, as some of the training material for the German courses is also in English.
Note on Time Requirements:Ā The online programme requires you to be online for approximately 8 hours each day during the designated class time. In addition, you will need to complete approximately 1 hour of self-study on Day 1 and Day 2.
TRAINING METHODS
Group work, facilitated discussions, multimedia teaching
EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATE
At the end of the first day and again at the end of the second day, you will be given a knowledge test. These take 15 minutes each and consist of multiple choice, true/false and matching questions. After successfully passing the exam, you become a ProsciĀ® Certified Change Practitioner and receive your certificate in the form of the digital ProsciĀ® badge, which is valid for an unlimited period of time.
VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON TRAINING
The ProsciĀ® Change Management Certification Program can be completed as a virtual instructor-led or in-person training. The content, course materials and certification are the same for both formats. The online version is delivered by trainers with extensive virtual training experience using a robust platform, making it a truly interactive experience.

PROSCIĀ® 3-PHASE PROCESS
The ProsciĀ® Process for organizational change consists of three phases that project or change managers can work through for the changes and projects they support. The methodology includes research-based assessments and templates to support each phase, as well as guidance on how to complete each step effectively.

Markus F. Wanner is a graduate industrial engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP)Ā®. He has worked for Tiba since 1997 as a consultant, trainer and ProsciĀ® Certified Instructor. His core competencies are change management, multi-project management and project portfolio management. In addition, he has expert knowledge of the implementation of project management and process management.

DR. PETRA KRING-KARDOS
Dr. Petra Kring-Kardos holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and has been working as a consultant and ProsciĀ® Certified Instructor since 2000. Her core competencies are change management and organisational development as well as international and intercultural project management. FAQ
Is there a registration deadline for the Prosci Change Management Seminar?
Please register at least 14 days before your desired date. This is the only way we can guarantee the timely dispatch of your preparation documents.
What do I need for the Prosci Seminar?
ā Undisturbed time to concentrate as if you were in a classroom.
ā Computer or laptop with a stable internet connection and webcam that can show you via video.
ā A working headset or audio connection that has a speaker and microphone.
When and how do I complete my preparation tasks?
Five days before the seminar begins, you will complete your preparation assignment, which we will send to you digitally. This will contain six different assignments related to your selected project, among other things. Please allow about 2 hours for the preparation.
What services are included in the price?
3-day seminar, seminar documentation, Prosci workbook, annual subscription to Prosci Hub Solution Suite digital content, resources and tools.
What is the timeline of the training?
Day 1 of the seminar will start at 8:30am with a tech check, the seminar itself will start at 9:00am and end around 5:00pm.
Day 2 will start at 9:00 and end at 17:00.
Day 3 starts at 9:00 and ends at 16:00.
Classroom training also starts at 09:00 on Day 1 and ends one hour later on all days. Of course, all training days include several short breaks as well as a longer lunch break. You will find out the exact times at the start of the training.
What is the Prosci Hub Solution Suite?
A collection of tools, including Research Hub (Best Practices in Change Management – 11th Edition, applications from ADKAR), Knowledge Hub und Proxima (A web application that guides you through the Prosci methodology and focuses on the human level of change).
What happens if I don’t pass the exam?
An oral re-examination is possible on the same day or at a later date.
When will I receive my certificate and how long is it valid?
After completing the seminar, you will receive your certificate in the form of a “digital credential badge” that you can embed and share in your email signature, on your resume, and on social media platforms.
