PROSCIĀ® CHANGE MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
During the ProsciĀ® Change Management Certification Program you will apply the ProsciĀ® methodology and the ADKARĀ® model to one of your active projects. As a result, you will learn in a practical way the change management processes you need to consistently drive future change. Strengthen your role as a change leader and equip yourself with the most important tools for successful change management!

PREREQUISITES
We recommend business fluency in English, as some of the training material for the German courses is also in English.
Note on Time Requirements: The online programme requires you to be online for approximately 8 hours each day during the designated class time. In addition, you will need to complete approximately 1 hour of self-study on Day 1 and Day 2.
TRAINING METHODS
Group work, facilitated discussions, multimedia teaching
EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATE
At the end of the first day and again at the end of the second day, you will be given a knowledge test. These take 15 minutes each and consist of multiple choice, true/false and matching questions. After successfully passing the exam, you become a ProsciĀ® Certified Change Practitioner and receive your certificate in the form of the digital ProsciĀ® badge, which is valid for an unlimited period of time.
VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON TRAINING
The ProsciĀ® Change Management Certification Program can be completed as a virtual instructor-led or in-person training. The content, course materials and certification are the same for both formats. The online version is delivered by trainers with extensive virtual training experience using a robust platform, making it a truly interactive experience.

Markus F. Wanner is a graduate industrial engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP)Ā®. He has worked for Tiba since 1997 as a consultant, trainer and ProsciĀ® Certified Instructor. His core competencies are change management, multi-project management and project portfolio management. In addition, he has expert knowledge of the implementation of project management and process management.
DR. PETRA KRING-KARDOS
Dr. Petra Kring-Kardos holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and has been working as a consultant and ProsciĀ® Certified Instructor since 2000. Her core competencies are change management and organisational development as well as international and intercultural project management. In addition, she has expertise in internationalisation projects and production relocation as well as process management and process models.

Falko Graf joined Tiba in 2007 as a trainer, consultant and project manager. His core competencies are project management, programme management, project portfolio management, change management and the transformation of complex systems. FAQ
Is there a registration deadline for the Prosci Change Management Certification Program?
Please register at least 14 days before your desired date. This is the only way we can guarantee that your preparation materials will be sent out in time.
What do I need for the (virtual) Prosci Training?
– Uninterrupted time to concentrate as if you were in the classroom
– A computer or laptop with a stable internet connection and a webcam that can show you via video
– A working headset or audio connection with a speaker and microphone
When and how do I complete my preparatory tasks?
We will send you your preparatory assignments in digital form five days before the start of the seminar. It contains six different tasks relating to your chosen project. Allow approximately 2 hours for preparation.
What services are included in the fee?
3-day training, seminar documentation, Prosci workbook, annual subscription to the Prosci Hub Solution Suite (digital content, resources and tools). In-Person training includes full catering for lunch, coffee breaks and drinks.
What is the Prosci Hub Solution Suite?
A collection of online tools and resources including Research Hub (Best Practices Change Management ā 11th Edition, Applications by ADKAR), Knowledge Hub and Proxima (web application that guides you through the Prosci methodology and focuses on the human level of change.)
What happens if I don’t pass the exam?
There ist the possibility of an oral review on the same day or at a later date.
When will I receive my Prosci Certificate and how long is it valid?
Upon completion of the training, you will receive your certificate in the form of a “digital credential badge” that you can include and share in your email signature, CV and on social media platforms. The Prosci Change Practitioner Certificate is valid indefinitely.
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices will be issued approximately 14 days prior to the start of the seminar.
What are Tiba Business School’s payment terms?
All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date.
What payment options do you provide?
Payment is currently only available by bank transfer. Please note that paying by Credit Card is not possible.
